Author Guidelines
International Journal of Computing and Mathematics welcomes submission from researchers, scholars, engineers, and practitioners. To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Submission Preparation Checklist
Manuscripts should be in English. They should be written clearly and concisely in MS Word file and submitted via online submission.
Originality and Exclusivity
- The submission must be original work that has not been published elsewhere (including in another journal, book, or preprint server though some allow preprints).
 - The article must not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
 - Authors must disclose if the article has been posted as a preprint, conference abstract, or working paper.
 
Title and Authorship Information
The following information should be included:
- Paper title
 - Author's full name
 - Full institutional mailing addresses
 - All author's email address
- All listed authors must have substantially contributed to the research and writing.
 - All authors must agree to the submission and approve the final version.
 - Changes to authorship (adding or removing authors) after submission typically require consent from all authors and an explanation.
 
 
Manuscript Submission
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
 - Format: Submit manuscripts as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx). Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins on all sides, and single line spacing.
 - Structure: Organize your manuscript with the following sections:
- Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, full names of all authors, their affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
 - Abstract: Provide a concise summary of the research, not exceeding 250 words.
 - Keywords: List 4-6 pertinent keywords.
 - Main Text: Structured as Introduction, Literature Survey, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
 - References: Follow the APA Citation Style.
 
 
Figures and Tables
- Quality: Ensure all figures and tables are of high resolution and embedded within the manuscript.
 - Legends: Provide clear, descriptive legends for each figure and table.
 
Ethical Considerations
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
 - Plagiarism: Proper citation and acknowledgment of sources are required. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
 - Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
 - Human and Animal Subjects: Research involving human or animal subjects must include a statement of ethical approval from the relevant institutional review board.
 
Submission Process
- Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission system.
 - Peer Review: All submissions undergo a double -blind peer-review process to ensure the integrity and quality of the research.
- Initial Screening: Manuscripts undergo an initial check for adherence to guidelines and plagiarism.
 - Review: Manuscripts are peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers in a double-blind process.
 - Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewers comments.
 - Final Decision: The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ feedback.
 
 
Post-Acceptance
- Proofs: Authors will receive proofs for final review before publication.
 - Open Access: The Journal provides open access to all articles, allowing for widespread dissemination of your work.
 - Publication Fees: International Journal of Computing and Mathematics charges an Article Processing Fee of INR 4000 (or USD 50) for accepted articles. This fee supports editorial processing, DOI registration, long-term archiving, and open-access hosting. There are no charges for submission or peer review. Fee waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis for authors from low-income countries.
 
Retractions and Corrections
- Journals reserve the right to retract or issue corrections for published articles in cases of error, misconduct, or disputes.
 - Authors are expected to cooperate with post-publication investigations.
